Where will you work

Jelle is a temporary staffing agency based in Rotterdam. With a team of about 30 colleagues, we help companies with their staffing needs every day and guide job seekers toward a suitable new job.

At Jelle, the back office, recruitment, and account management teams work closely together. The back office plays a key role in all administrative tasks from the moment a temporary worker is placed: from maintaining a complete file and ensuring the correct contract to tracking hours, payroll, and addressing questions during the employment period.

The lines of communication at Jelle are short. This means you’ll have frequent contact with both temporary workers and colleagues, allowing you to quickly address and resolve administrative issues.

Our core values are enthusiasm, trust, freedom, responsibility, and “a deal is a deal.”

As a Back Office Specialist, you’ll ensure that our temporary staffing records remain accurate and up-to-date, and that temporary employees can count on clear answers regarding their contracts and pay.
