What will you do?
As a Recruiter at Jelle, you play an important role in connecting candidates and companies. You help people find a job that suits them and ensure that organizations find the right employees.
You speak to candidates every day, discover their motivation and see where they would be best suited. By asking the right questions and listening carefully, you know exactly which job suits someone.
In addition, you actively build your network and maintain contact with companies. In this way you ensure strong matches that make both candidate and employer happy.
Your duties will include:
- Seeking, speaking and supervising candidates
- Filling vacancies for clients
- Making strong matches between candidate and employer
- Building relationships with candidates and companies
- Expanding your network within the job market
