Metal Welder | Technical Position | Shift Work

- Gross hourly wage: €18.06 per hour(€20.99 including allowance)
- SAO allowance: €0.23 per hour extra on top of your salary
- Shift bonus: 15% when working shifts
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 13 ADV days
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund, with additional compensation according to the metal-electro scheme
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract form: temporary contract with prospect of permanent
- Working hours: shifts (one week from 06:00 – 14:45, the other week from 14:30 – 23:00)
- Company cafeteria with inexpensive lunches, ability to heat up your own food and French fries day every Thursday
What will you do?
As a Welder, you will work in a manufacturing environment welding metal parts together for stair elevators. You work with welding machines such as MIG and TIG welding and make sure all welds are good and secure. The work is sometimes technical, but with your skills and the guidance of co-workers you make sure everything is done neatly.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding operations
- Checking your own work and making sure everything is correct
- Working with machines and hand tools to make perfect welds
- Collaborate with colleagues to keep production running smoothly
Where will you work
You will be working in Krimpen aan den IJssel, at a company that manufactures stair elevators. This company is a market leader in the production of stair elevators that are custom made especially for customers. You will help by welding and preparing the metal parts of the stair elevators. You will work in a friendly team, where everyone helps each other and together ensures the highest quality and safety. With us you get the chance to learn and grow in your profession!
Who are you?
You have experience with welding or want to continue learning the trade. You like precision and make sure your work is always neat and solid. You are interested in working with metal and are ready for a shift job.

- You have your own transportation and can be at the workplace by 06:00 (for the morning shift)
