- Gross hourly wage: €18.06 per hour (€20.99 including allowance)
- SAO allowance: €0.23 per hour extra on top of your salary
- Shift bonus: 15% when working shifts
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 13 ADV days
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund, with additional compensation according to the metal-electro scheme
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract form: temporary contract with prospect of permanent
- Working hours: shifts (one week from 06:00 – 14:45, the other week from 14:30 – 23:00)
- Company cafeteria with inexpensive lunches, ability to heat up your own food and French fries day every Thursday
What will you do?
As a welder, you will work in a manufacturing environment welding metal parts together. You work with MIG and TIG welding equipment, and you follow drawings and work orders. You make sure the welds are solid and neat.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding operations
- Prepare, check and finish parts according to quality standards
- Checking your own work, performing simple measurement and visual checks
- Collaborate with co-workers and ensure a safe and clean workplace
- Work according to safety regulations and use protective equipment
Where will you work
You will be working in Krimpen aan den IJssel, at a company that makes stair elevators. Stairlifts help people get up and down the stairs, especially if they are less agile. The company makes stair elevators that are custom made especially for each customer. You will help by welding the parts of these elevators together. You will work with a team where everyone helps each other and works hard to make the elevators good and safe.
