- Gross hourly wage: €18.06 per hour (€20.99 including allowance)
- SAO allowance: €0.23 per hour extra on top of your salary
- Shift bonus: 15% when working shifts
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 13 ADV days
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund, with additional compensation according to the metal-electro scheme
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract form: temporary contract with prospect of permanent
- Working hours: shifts (one week from 06:00 – 14:45, the other week from 14:30 – 23:00)
- Company cafeteria with inexpensive lunches, ability to heat up your own food and French fries day every Thursday
What will you do?
As a welder, you will work in a manufacturing environment welding metal parts together. You will learn to work with MIG and TIG welding equipment and follow clear drawings and work orders. Don’t worry, you will be well supervised and learn everything step by step!
- Perform MIG and TIG welding operations
- Prepare, check and finish parts according to quality standards
- Checking your own work, performing simple measurement and visual checks
- Collaborate with co-workers and ensure a safe and clean workplace
- Work according to safety regulations and use protective equipment
Where will you work
You will be working in a large and stable company in Krimpen aan den IJssel. This company specializes in making stair elevators that are custom made for the customer. They make sure people can get up and down the stairs safely, and work hard to deliver the best quality. You will help by assembling parts of the stair elevators. The company has a friendly and collegial work atmosphere where everyone helps each other. You will work with a team that takes pride in the work they deliver, and a lot of attention is paid to safety and quality.
