Straight to work with certainty: always your salary on time and work with a future.
- Gross hourly wage: €16.12
- Shift allowance: 38% allowance after 6 p.m. & 39% allowance at night. For Saturday morning a 50% surcharge.
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract: temporary with prospect of permanent
- Upon good performance: opportunity for a permanent contract after six months
- Salary increase after 26 weeks of work
- Work week: 36 hours in 3 shifts
What will you do?
As a syrup preparer, you will work on the heart of the syrup waffle: the syrup. You ensure that the right ingredients are added and that the machines are running properly. You check the quality, solve minor malfunctions and help set up the machines. The work is varied because you also work together with the dough makers.
Your duties:
- Adding ingredients so the recipe is correct
- Setting quantities and monitoring syrup quality
- Fix minor malfunctions or pass them on to the operator
- Replenishment of raw materials and materials
- Assist in setting up machines
- Ensuring a neat, safe and hygienic workplace
Where will you work
You will be working at Biscuit International in Bergambacht. This is the factory where stroopwafels are made, one of the most famous delicacies from the Netherlands. For generations, waffles and syrup have been prepared here for supermarkets in the Netherlands and for customers in dozens of countries. You will work in a friendly and committed team where cooperation is important and where you can be proud of the product you make.
Who are you?
You like to work actively and take responsibility. You enjoy working in a team and making something beautiful together.
Further:
- You speak Dutch or English
- You have your own transportation to Bergambacht
- You can work in 3 shifts, with once every 3 weeks on Saturday morning
- Experience in production or with machinery is a plus
- You adhere to hygiene rules: no jewelry, piercings, nail polish or makeup while working
