- Gross hourly wage: €18.06 per hour(€20.99 including allowance)
- SAO allowance: €0.23 per hour extra on top of your salary
- Shift bonus: 15% when working shifts
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 13 ADV days
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund, with additional compensation according to the metal-electro scheme
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract form: temporary contract with prospect of permanent
- Working hours: shifts (one week from 06:00 – 14:45, the other week from 14:30 – 23:00)
- Company cafeteria with inexpensive lunches, ability to heat up your own food and French fries day every Thursday
What will you do?
As a spot welder, you work in a manufacturing environment welding metal parts together. You use spot welding machines to join parts together quickly and neatly. You ensure that the welds are solid and meet the set quality requirements. You work accurately, according to clear work orders and in cooperation with your colleagues.
- Perform spot welding work on metal parts
- Checking the welds and making sure everything is secure
- Work independently, but also consult regularly with your team
- Work according to safety regulations and keep your workplace tidy
Where will you work
You will be working in Krimpen aan den IJssel, at a company that makes stair elevators. Stairlifts are super convenient for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. This company makes stair elevators that are custom-made especially for each customer, so they can get up and down the stairs easily and safely. You will help by connecting metal parts for the stair elevators with spot welds. You will work together in a team, where everyone helps each other and together make sure everything is done properly and quickly. It’s a fun work environment where hard work and teamwork are important!
Who are you?
You already have experience with welding, or you would like to learn this trade. You work precisely and ensure that your welding work is of good quality. You have no problem with physical work and enjoy working in shifts.

- You speak good Dutch or English
- You have your own transportation and can be at the workplace by 06:00 (for the morning shift)
- You enjoy working in shifts (06:00 to 14:45 one week, 14:30 to 23:00 the next)
