What will you do?
As a Senior Recruiter at Jelle, you are responsible for finding, speaking to and placing the right candidates. You know how important a good match is for both candidate and client.
You conduct intake interviews with candidates, develop recruitment strategies and advise clients on their staffing issues. Thanks to your experience, you know exactly where to find talent.
In addition, you will work closely with account managers and supervise less experienced colleagues within the team.
Your duties will include:
- Find and place candidates with clients
- Conduct intake interviews and screen candidates
- Develop recruitment strategies
- Working with account managers
- Support and mentor junior colleagues

Who are you?
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
- In possession of SEU certificate
- You have a coaching and empathetic attitude
- You are commercial and think strategically
