As a Recruiter, you’re key to connecting candidates with the right job openings. You play a vital role in the process, from finding candidates to maintaining a relationship built on trust. You work closely with your candidates to ensure they find the right fit for their goals and needs.
🔑 Your responsibilities:
✅ Recruiting candidates: You’ll use various online platforms and your own network, and conduct reference checks to find the right candidates.
✅ Building a network: You establish a pool of qualified candidates and expand it by actively networking and building relationships.
✅ Acting as a sounding board for candidates: You’ll work closely with your candidates to ensure you understand their wishes and needs, both in person and via Teams.
✅ Building trust: You build a strong bond of trust with candidates so you can guide them throughout their entire assignment at Jelle.
✅ Making the right match: You ensure that the right candidate ends up in the right position, with a focus on the manufacturing and logistics sectors.

Who are you?
- At least a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking;
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience;
- You must be available for at least 32 hours per week;
- A recruiter through and through;
- You have a keen eye for opportunities;
- You’re comfortable working with KPIs;
- You think in terms of solutions;
