- Gross hourly wage: €17.55 per hour (€20.41 including all allowances)
- SAO allowance: €0.23 per hour extra on top of your salary
- Shift bonus: 15% when working shifts
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 13 ADV days
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund, with additional compensation according to the metal-electro scheme
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract form: temporary contract with prospect of permanent
- Working hours: shifts (one week from 06:00 – 14:45, the other week from 14:30 – 23:00)
- Company cafeteria with inexpensive lunches, ability to heat up your own food and French fries day every Thursday
What will you do?
As an assembly production worker, you will work on putting together stair elevators. You will learn to work with technical drawings and make sure everything is properly attached. Don’t worry, you will learn step by step! You work together with colleagues who support you and help you to get everything done right.
- Installing parts of stair elevators
- Working with technical drawings (type of manual)
- Checking the quality of your work
- Collaborate with colleagues in the production process

Where will you work
You will be working in a large and stable company in Krimpen aan den IJssel. This company specializes in making stair elevators that are custom made for the customer. They make sure people can get up and down the stairs safely, and work hard to deliver the best quality. You will help by assembling parts of the stair elevators. The company has a friendly and collegial work atmosphere where everyone helps each other. You will work with a team that takes pride in the work they deliver, and a lot of attention is paid to safety and quality.
Who are you?
You come from another industry, such as hospitality or retail, and are now looking for something different. You may not have experience in engineering, but you have the motivation to learn. You enjoy working with your hands and want a stable job.
- You have experience with physical work and enjoy putting things together
- You can read simple drawings, like a manual for furniture
- You work neatly and enjoy learning new things
- You speak good Dutch
- You are available full-time on the morning shift
- You can be on location by 6 a.m. (own transportation required)
