Powder Coating Production Worker | Technical Work | Shift Work

- Gross hourly wage: €17.55 per hour (€20.62 including all allowances)
- SAO allowance: €0.44 per hour extra on top of your salary
- Shift bonus: 15% when working shifts
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 13 ADV days
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund, with additional compensation according to the metal-electro scheme
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract form: temporary contract with prospect of permanent
- Working hours: shifts (one week from 06:00 – 14:45, the other week from 14:30 – 23:00)

What will you do?
As a production worker in the powder coating department, you will work with a team to prepare metal tubes for stair elevators. You hang the tubes in a machine where they are sprayed with a protective layer to prevent rust and make them stronger. After spraying, you package the tubes so they are ready for transport or further use in production. The work is physical, so you must be able to lift and move well.

- Working with your colleagues to get everything done on time and keep the workplace tidy
Where will you work
You will be working in Krimpen aan den IJssel, at a company that manufactures stair elevators. This company is a market leader in the production of stair elevators that are specially customized for customers. You will help by hanging the metal tubes for stair elevators, spraying them with a protective coating (to make them stronger) and packing them. You will work in a hardworking and fun team, where everyone helps each other to get the job done well and quickly. Together you make sure that the stair elevators leave the factory with the highest quality!
Who are you?
You maintain the physical strength to work with pipes and machines. You like working in a technical production environment and learning new skills. You can work well in shifts, so you know when you work and when you have time off.
