Straight to work with certainty: always your salary on time and work with a future.
- Gross hourly wage: €16.12
- Shift allowance: 38% allowance after 6 p.m. & 39% allowance at night. For Saturday morning a 50% surcharge.
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract: temporary with prospect of permanent
- Upon good performance: opportunity for a permanent contract after six months
- Salary increase after 26 weeks of work
- Work week: 36 hours in 3 shifts
What will you do?
As an experienced packer, you know how important quality and pace are in a production environment. You ensure that the fresh syrup waffles and syrup cakes are packed neatly and safely, so they are ready to go to customers at home and abroad.
Your duties:
- Packing and checking products
- Ensuring a clean and safe workplace
- Work according to clear hygiene and quality rules
- Report deviations or malfunctions in a timely manner
Where will you work
You will work in Biscuit International’s syrup waffle factory in Bergambacht. Syrup waffles and syrup cakes have been made here since 1888. You will help make a product that everyone knows and likes. The syrup waffles go not only to Dutch supermarkets, but also to more than 50 countries. The factory has the highest level of quality. So you work in an environment that pays close attention to food safety, together with colleagues who, like you, are proud of their work.
Who are you?
You already have experience in production or packaging work and are mainly looking for a stable job with security. You work accurately and are a real team player. Further:
- You speak Dutch or English
- You have your own transportation to Bergambacht
- You can work in 3 shifts, working once every three weeks on Saturday mornings
- You take responsibility and work neatly
- You follow bakery hygiene rules: no jewelry, piercings, nail polish or makeup while working
