MIG/MAG Welder | Technical Work | Shift Work

- Gross hourly wage: €18.06 per hour (€20.99 including allowance)
- SAO allowance: €0.23 per hour extra on top of your salary
- Shift bonus: 15% when working shifts
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 13 ADV days
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund, with additional compensation according to the metal-electro scheme
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract form: temporary contract with prospect of permanent
- Working hours: shifts (one week from 06:00 – 14:45, the other week from 14:30 – 23:00)
- Company cafeteria with inexpensive lunches, ability to heat up your own food and French fries day every Thursday
What will you do?
As a MIG/MAG Welder, you will work in a manufacturing environment and be responsible for welding metal parts for stair elevators. You will work with MIG and MAG welding equipment to join the parts together quickly and properly. You ensure that everything is welded neatly and that the welds are solid and safe. Together with your colleagues, you work hard to get the products finished on time.
- Perform MIG and MAG welding on metal parts

- Working with machines and tools to make neat welds
- Collaborate with your colleagues to keep work running smoothly and efficiently
- Keeping the workplace neat and working according to safety regulations
Where will you work
You will be working in Krimpen aan den IJssel, at a company that manufactures stair elevators. This company is a market leader in the production of stair elevators that are specially customized for customers. You will help by welding the metal parts for the stair elevators and making sure they are sturdy and of good quality. You will work in a friendly team, where everyone helps each other and together ensures the best quality and safety.
Who are you?
You have experience with MIG/MAG welding and are precise in your work. You enjoy working with metal and have no problem with physical work. You are motivated to deliver good welding quality and find it important to get the job done well together with your team.

- You have your own transportation and can be at the workplace by 06:00 (for the morning shift)
