- Gross hourly wage: €18.06 per hour (€20.99 including allowance)
- SAO allowance: €0.23 per hour extra on top of your salary
- Shift bonus: 15% when working shifts

What will you do?
As a bander, you will work in a modern workshop, bending metal sheets for the production of stair elevators. You will learn how to bend large metal sheets to fit the stair elevators. It is important that you work very precisely because the parts must be just right for the stair elevators. You work with machines and tools to get the plates in the right shapes.

Where will you work
You will be working in Krimpen aan den IJssel, at a company that makes stair elevators. Stairlifts help people who have difficulty climbing stairs. This company makes stair elevators that are custom made especially for each customer. You will help by bending and preparing the metal plates for the stair elevators. You will work in a friendly team where everyone helps each other and together ensures the best quality. The atmosphere is hard work, but also always room for a pleasant working atmosphere.
Who are you?
You may not have experience bending metal yet, but you are eager to learn the trade. You have a practical attitude and enjoy working with your hands. Physical work is not a problem for you. You like working in shifts, so you always know when you work and have time off!
