What will you do?
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting new colleagues and strengthening the employer brand. You ensure that talent chooses this organization.
You actively search for suitable candidates and know exactly how to address them. You write compelling job ads that reach the right target group and conduct job interviews with candidates who are interested in a position.
In addition, you work on employer branding. You will help make the company visible as an attractive employer, using social media and online channels, among other things.
Your duties will include:
- Find, approach and enthuse new colleagues
- Writing job postings that match the target audience
- Conducting job interviews with candidates
- Guide the candidate journey from first contact to employment
- Strengthen employer branding through social media and other channels
