Integration and Automation Specialist

What will you do?
As an Integration and Automation Specialist at Jelle, you’ll ensure that our internal systems continue to run smoothly and work together more intelligently. You’ll assist colleagues with technical questions, resolve issues, and contribute ideas for improving processes and systems.
You’ll identify areas where manual tasks can be automated and help build, test, and implement technical solutions. In addition, you’ll help integrate different systems and assist with setting up new tools.
This role combines hands-on IT support with automation and integration. As such, you serve as a key link between the colleagues who work with the systems on a daily basis and the technical solutions that make their work easier.
Your duties will include:
- Manage internal systems and software
- Supporting colleagues with technical questions and problems
- Analyze and resolve malfunctions and technical issues
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Building, Testing, and Implementing Automations
- Contribute to the integration of various systems and applications
- Implement and support new tools and software
- Working with APIs and Data Sources
- Contribute ideas regarding the design and further development of CRM systems
- Documenting and Managing Technical Solutions

Jelle is a temporary staffing agency based in Rotterdam. With a team of about 30 colleagues, we help companies with their staffing needs every day and guide job seekers toward a suitable new job.
Technology plays an important role within our organization. Our recruitment, sales, and back-office teams work with various systems and applications on a daily basis. We are constantly exploring ways to better support these processes and identify areas where automation can make work easier and more efficient.
As an Integration and Automation Specialist, you’ll work closely with colleagues from various teams. This allows you to quickly identify areas where technical support or improvements are needed and to contribute directly to finding solutions.

Who are you?
- You have the work and thinking skills equivalent to a vocational or higher vocational education (MBO or HBO) level
- You have an affinity for IT, systems and automation
- You have experience with Python
- You’re interested in integrating and automating different systems
- You have an affinity for CRM systems and programming
- You have an analytical mindset and seek solutions on your own
- You can explain technical topics to colleagues in a clear way
- You enjoy both solving technical problems and improving processes
- Basic knowledge of Power Automate is a plus
- Basic knowledge of APIs is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
