Shipping Clerk | Logistics Job | Shift Work

- Gross hourly wage: €18.06 per hour(€19.64 including allowance)
- SAO allowance: €0.23 per hour extra on top of your salary
- Shift bonus: 7.5% when working shifts
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 13 ADV days
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund, with additional compensation according to the metal-electro scheme
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract form: temporary contract with prospect of permanent
- Working hours: shifts (one week from 06:00 – 14:45, the other week from 14:30 – 23:00)
- Company cafeteria with inexpensive lunches, ability to heat up your own food and French fries day every Thursday
What will you do?
As a shipping clerk, you will be responsible for preparing the products we make, such as elevators for the home, for shipping. You ensure that the products are properly prepared for transport to the customer. Your duties include:
- Checking products and preparing them for shipment
- Packing and labeling products
- Ensuring proper documentation in shipping
- Preparing products for transport
- Working with a reach truck and stacker
- Ensuring a clean and orderly workplace
- Working with your colleagues to get everything done on time
Where will you work
You will work in a modern company in Krimpen aan den IJssel that specializes in developing and manufacturing elevators for the home. These products help people to live safely and independently in their homes for longer. You work in the logistics department, where together with your colleagues you ensure that everything is properly prepared for shipment. The work is important, but the atmosphere is cozy and you get plenty of room to learn and develop yourself. You will receive guidance from experienced colleagues and can count on a pleasant working environment.
Who are you?
You have an eye for detail and love working in a team. You pick things up quickly and make sure everything gets done on time and properly.
- You like to work hard and work accurately
- You speak Dutch
- Experience in logistics is important
- You work well with others and ensure a neat workplace
- You have a valid reach truck certificate or are willing to obtain one through us
- You have a stacker certificate or are willing to obtain one through us
- You are willing to work afternoon shift once every four weeks (14:30 – 23:00)
