Straight to work with certainty: always your salary on time and work with a future.
- Gross hourly wage: €15.80
- Shift allowance: 38% allowance after 6 p.m. & 39% allowance at night. For Saturday morning a 50% surcharge.
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract: temporary with prospect of permanent
- Upon good performance: opportunity for a permanent contract after six months
- Salary increase after 26 weeks of work
- Work week: 36 hours in 3 shifts
- Every Friday you get a pack of delicious syrup waffles to take home
What will you do?
As a dough maker, you make the dough that forms the basis for syrup waffles and cookies. You do this by weighing raw materials, adding and mixing them with machines. It is physical work with a lot of lifting and active work. Thanks to your efforts, the dough is always of the right quality.
Your duties:
- Weigh and prepare ingredients
- Preparing dough using machines
- Checking the quality of the dough
- Replenishment of raw materials and materials
- Report or resolve minor malfunctions
- Ensuring a safe and neat workplace
Where will you work
You will be working at Biscuit International in Bergambacht, the specialist in syrup waffles and cookies. The company has been around since 1888 and has become one of the largest producers of cookies in Europe. From the factory in Bergambacht, syrup waffles are not only baked for Dutch supermarkets, but also for dozens of countries worldwide. You will work in a committed team where quality and cooperation are important, and where you can be proud of the product you make together.
Who are you?
You are someone who enjoys being physical and taking responsibility. You work accurately and find it important to follow rules.
Further:
- You speak Dutch or English
- You have your own transportation to Bergambacht
- You can work in 3 shifts, working once every three weeks on Saturday mornings
- You have no problem with physically demanding work (lifting, lugging)
- You adhere to hygiene rules: no jewelry, piercings, nail polish or makeup while working
