Corporate Recruiter

What will you do?
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will ensure that Jelle continues to grow with the right people. You will be responsible for finding, speaking to and mentoring new colleagues.
You will write job advertisements, conduct job interviews and guide candidates through the entire process. In addition, you will actively work to strengthen Jelle’s employer brand.
Your duties will include:
- Recruit and select new colleagues
- Writing job postings
- Conducting job interviews
- Strengthen employer branding
- Improve recruitment processes

Who are you?
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter
- HBO working and thinking level
- Knowledge of the labor market
- Experience with employer branding and social media
- You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
