- Gross hourly wage: €18.06 per hour(€20.99 including allowance)
- SAO allowance: €0.23 per hour extra on top of your salary
- Shift bonus: 15% when working shifts
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer

- Pension through STIPP pension fund, with additional compensation according to the metal-electro scheme
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time

- Working hours: shifts (one week from 06:00 – 14:45, the other week from 14:30 – 23:00)

What will you do?
As a construction worker, you will work in a manufacturing environment assembling metal parts for stair elevators. You make sure the parts are put together securely and correctly so they can be used safely. You work with tools and machines to join, assemble and prepare the parts for use. You work in a team where everyone helps each other to get the job done quickly and properly.

Where will you work
You will be working in Krimpen aan den IJssel, at a company that makes stair elevators. Stairlifts help people who have difficulty climbing stairs. This company makes stair elevators that are specially customized for the customer. You will help by assembling and putting together the components of the stair elevators. You will work in a friendly and hardworking team, where everyone helps each other and together ensures the highest quality and safety.
Who are you?
You have (some) experience in construction, but you are motivated to learn and roll up your sleeves. You like working in a team and find it important to deliver good work. You have no problem with physical work and you like to work in shifts.
- You have an interest in engineering and want to learn how to work with tools and machines
- You work precisely and deliver good quality
- You can work well with colleagues
- You speak good Dutch or English
- You have your own transportation and can be at the workplace by 06:00 (for the morning shift)
- You enjoy working in shifts (06:00 to 14:45 one week, 14:30 to 23:00 the next)
