- Gross monthly salary: €2,900 – €3,500
- Shift allowance: 38% allowance after 6 p.m. & 39% allowance at night. For Saturday morning a 50% surcharge.
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- 8% vacation pay
- Pension through STIPP pension fund
- Payment: choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment, always get your salary on time
- Contract: temporary with prospect of permanent
- Upon good performance: opportunity for a permanent contract after six months

What will you do?
As a baking operator, you will be responsible for baking syrup waffles on the production line. You ensure that machines run properly, mix raw materials and monitor quality. The work is varied and you work with modern machines in a friendly team.
Your duties:
- Operating machines in the baking line
- Conversion and adjustment of machines
- Mixing and preparing raw materials according to recipe
- Stocking the production lines
- Performing quality checks
- Identify areas for improvement and pass them on to your supervisor
- Ensuring a safe and neat workplace
Where will you work
You will work at Biscuit International in Bergambacht, a family business that has specialized in syrup waffles and cookies since 1888. The company is known for its committed and informal working atmosphere. With the opening of a new production line, there are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop. Here you will help bake the Dutch product that is in supermarkets and exported to dozens of countries.
Who are you?
You have experience with dough, baking or working in a bakery. You are accurate and have a sense of quality. Furthermore, you are someone who takes responsibility and works well together.
Further:
- You speak Dutch or English
- You have your own transportation to Bergambacht
- You can work in 3 shifts
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- You adhere to hygiene rules: no jewelry, piercings, nail polish or makeup while working
- Knowledge and experience with HACCP/ IFS/ BRC is a plus
